Decor Ornaments ensures quality control on all made-to-order products. Refund requests are assessed based on the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only when:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
Customers must notify Decor Ornament within 24 hours (or 48 hours) of receiving the delivery and provide unboxing video/picture proof of damage.

- Custom products (due to personalized nature)
- Returns due to change-of-mind
- Items not returned in original packaging or altered condition

3. Return Shipment & Processing
Return shipment arrangements may differ based on standard courier practices within Pakistan. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and verified. Refund timelines can vary based on payment method and banking processes.
