A: Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders all across Pakistan. You can pay the courier in cash upon receiving your package.

A: We offer 100% Free Nationwide Delivery across Pakistan on all orders. There are no hidden fees or extra weight charges at checkout.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Custom LED backlit frames are handcrafted on order, which takes 3 - 5 business days. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3 - 7 business days depending on your city.

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?

A: Because our backlit frames are custom made-to-order based on your specific requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. However, we fully replace any items damaged during transit.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or broken?

A: If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 - 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photo proof. We will arrange a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link and number will be shared with you automatically via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only serve and deliver within Pakistan.
